🚚 Delivery Timelines
- JPG/PDF eCards: Delivered within 24 working hours.
- Video/GIF & Caricature Invites: Delivered within 48 working hours.
- Urgent Orders: Express delivery available for an extra ₹1000.
- Note: Timelines may be affected by peak seasons or technical delays.
- Business Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM IST
💳 Payment Terms
- Full payment is required in advance for all orders.
- 18% GST applies to the final price.
- We do not offer refunds for pre-designed or customized digital products.
🎨 Customization Guidelines
- You may update text and images once according to the selected sample.
- Changes to fonts or color themes cost ₹499.
- Image replacement is allowed only once.
- Image editing is available for ₹499 per image.
🔄 Revisions & Modifications
- 2 free revisions are included after the first draft.
- Additional revisions:
- ₹199 for JPG/PDF eCards
- ₹499 for Video Invites
- Once the final HD file is delivered, no more edits will be accepted.
📏 Product Specs
- Final output format: JPEG or MP4
- Source files are not shared.
- Default size: 1080×1920 or 1080×2280 pixels
- 1 music track allowed, provided by the client in advance.
🎬 Branding & Portfolio
- All invites include a small digital-invites.shop watermark at the end.
- Logo removal is optional for ₹230.
- We may showcase your design in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
📑 Additional Services
- Additional PDF versions: ₹499 each
- Smart Card/PDF conversion: ₹99 per page
- Separate versions for bride/groom: 50% of base template price
🛑 Restrictions
- We do not offer printed invitation cards.
- Editable source files will not be provided under any circumstances.
