• All purchases are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once digital files have been delivered.

• If the error is on our part (e.g., incorrect delivery, missing elements, or technical glitches), we’ll make the necessary corrections at no additional cost.

• Refunds will not be issued for errors made by the customer during order placement.

• You may update text and images once within the scope of the selected sample template.

• Two free revisions are included. Additional changes may incur charges:

  • ₹199 for eCards

  • ₹499 for Video/GIF Invites

🚚 Delivery Timeline

• JPEG/PDF eCards: Delivered within 24 working hours

• Video/GIF/Caricature Invitations: Delivered within 48 working hours

• Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or unexpected delays.
